The cutting mat with edge allowance allows full use of the 90 x 60 cm/35 x 24 inch scale and precise cutting right to the edge. The silky matt surface prevents the fabric from slipping, while the high-contrast, white printed scales with transparent rulers are easy to see. The set also includes a 45 mm diameter rotary cutter and a colored patchwork ruler made of 2.5 mm thick Plexiglas.
