Delivery is free kerbside. With your signature, you confirm to the carrier that the goods have been received in perfect condition – this rules out any subsequent complaints. Please check carefully and ask the carrier to confirm any transport damage. The delivery time is approx. 14 days, by a forwarding agent with advance notification by telephone.
RMF sewing furniture is supplied fully assembled – you only need to make minor additions such as attaching the handles and castors.
Information about your return
If you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, you can cancel the order (in whole or in part) and make use of your fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
To ensure a quick and smooth processing of the return and refund, please note the following:
Please complete this sample withdrawal form and enclose it with the return shipment. Alternatively, you can also use the form in the folder enclosed with your delivery.
Pack the goods adequately (preferably in the box you received from us) and return the goods to us within 30 days.
Please return the goods as you received them from us – i.e. as a consignment or letter – and we will refund the postage. For parcels: contact us and we will send you a free DHL return label.
If you stamp the package yourself, we will reimburse you the costs for the cheapest insured shipping method. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect, otherwise we will have to deduct the penalty postage charged by the post office from the refund amount or charge you for it.
Please note:
If you return damaged or worn goods, the legally permissible amount will be deducted. You can avoid this by simply checking the function of the goods and returning them in their original packaging without any signs of use.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
If you are an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and are acting in the exercise of your commercial or self-employed activity when concluding the contract, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
